Your child's teacher will collect the Box Tops. Be sure to put the teacher's name on the baggie, envelope, etc.

To make a donation, please submit a check with your level of giving opportunity, made payable to QCMS PTO, to your child’s teacher. These contributions can be used by the PTO towards the following purchases and events: playground equipment, supporting teacher appreciation, awards, etc. Thanks for your support!

Queen Creek Middle School is now registered with My Coke Rewards for Schools (www.mycokerewards.com). Make sure you stock up on your favorite Coca-Cola beverages to get codes, and then enter the codes online to get points and donate them to our school. Thanks for your support!
